The JC Library has online guides that contain different forms of information on a certain subject all in one place. This could include resources like books, databases, podcasts, videos, and websites. Some popular examples are our Research Process guide, Writing guide, and Free Online Sources guide.

Are you looking for a certain PUBLICATION?
The JC Library has digital and print periodicals, including journals, magazines & newspapers. Use our Publication Finder to search by specific title or subject area. When you locate the title, click on “Full Text Access” to see the years and issues/volumes available. You will need your JC login credentials to access this content.

Are you looking for an article in a DATABASE?
If you would like to use a specific academic database instead of our Discovery Search that combines all of them, we have a full alphabetical list of our databases. Not sure which one to choose? Narrow them down by subject using the dropdown box at the top of the page.

Are you looking for BOOKS?
Search our catalog for print books from the JC Library and Jackson District Library, as well as e-books from our Ebook Central collection. To see all of our e-book collections, click here. You will need a library card to check out print materials and your JC login credentials to access e-books.
